Afternoon all,
Thank you for joining me here.
This morning while it was rainy and chilly outside we were busy creating in the warm at
Sutton at Hone Meeting Place, which I'm very pleased to say has now received funding until April 2016 due to the increased footfall.
Anyhow I had a lovely frothy coffee while setting up for today's projects.
We used Brusho's, a couple of VersaColor inks pads and Card-io stamps for some simple scene building.
These make great quick and easy Christmas cards or they're ideal for Winter Birthdays.
A couple of hours went in a flash and here's some of the results.
I really loved designing theses and I'm going to do some more myself now to replenish my stock and sample supplies.
Hope you can stay warm and dry,

Halloween decorations and Christmas samples...
Evening everyone,
How's your Monday been...
I'ts been very gloomy here today but productive never the less, washing done, some admin and preparing for Wednesday's Make & Take session, we'll be using Brusho's with Card-io stamps.
I just had to try them on a clock too!
At the weekend I put out our Halloween decorations which add a nice splash of colour and I do love to light candles on these Autumnal evenings.
Thanks for popping by my blog, it's always really appreciated...

What's coming up next and some reminiscing
Morning all,
You know those times when you feel like you're chasing your tail?
Well I'm coming to the end of a very busy spell but can't sit still just yet!
Today's post has changed slightly from what I'd planned, I was going to write last night and schedule it for this morning but sleep beckoned instead...
So that gave me the opportunity for this reflection, I happened to see a "memory" pop up this morning on my Facebook timeline.
I don't normally bother with all that but this was a memory from two years ago when I hosted my first workshop here in Kent.
I'd been pondering it for a while and at the request from others to hold a clock workshop I decided to take the plunge.
Oh my word how nerve wracking! You see I'm not naturally a confident person and it took an enormous amount of overcoming these confidence issues for me to be able to do this.
However, all the ladies that attended were wonderfully supportive and so happy to be making their clocks.
We had a wonderful day, Paul helped me set up as he always does and my daughter was "tea girl" for the day and even made a lovely Victoria sponge, which went down very well.
For this first workshop we used lovely Lavinia Stamps and a Tando Cuckoo clock kit along with Gelli Plate techniques.
Here's a link to some of the wonderful works in progress and results produced on the day -
Clock Workshop
Anyhow what I want to do is to sincerely thank each and everyone of you who has supported and attended one of my workshops and encouraged me to develop further by sharing our ideas and talents
at these workshops.
I still have a lack of confidence and doubt that will ever disappear completely but your truly wonderful support is why I keep doing what I'm doing, THANK YOU.
Blimey what a sermon this is turning out to be all thanks to a Facebook memory pop up!
So I'll end by saying here's what's coming up next in the diary and a quick pattern building make, more of this to follow...
I first used these stamps (Card-io) many years ago, they were established in 2003 and I was fascinated by a demo I watched at a show.
The pattern building card used Card-io clear stamp sets, Summer Wreath and Christmas Scenery 2 which I have in stock but not online as yet. They are selling fast!
If you've read all this, thank you, if you're still awake better still!
I'll bid you a good day and here's to much more happy crafting!

Some Silhouettes and Surprises
Good Morning,
It's been a busy old week here, a time of year with lots of birthdays and celebrations going on.
So I've not only pepping work, making stock items and orders but also some special makes too.
Now I can't share everything just yet as it would spoil the surprise and I do love surprises don't you.
What I can share is some makes from the craft session and demo at a local Meeing Place.
It's a great scheme where the little local library has a lovely tea room and lots of other things of interest going on apart from yummy cakes and savouries, cream teas and coffee's.
I met a local WI lady while I was there and someone who had just moved into the area, naturally I asked if she was a crafter and guess what? Of course I'd met another obsessive crafter!
I've also been busy with my clocks again and came up with something for fellow Beagle lovers.
There's also a quick birthday card I did yesterday for a little young man.
I've got lots of exciting things to work with over the next few week, including things I've used on these recent makes and a few old favourites that have made a return for me.
I've pretty much come full circle which is exciting, using much loved and trusty favourites like Crafty Individuals, Bee Crafty, Tapestry and Card-io peg stamps which are perfect for my clocks.
I'm finishing this after taking my daughter to the station earlier, such a foggy start but I think we're in for another glorious day when it clears.
I must get in with my day now so I'll love you and leave you.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by, it's always so appreciated.
